It features frequency conversion speed regulation and automatic length‑counting function. Finished webbing can be neatly stacked into cartons automatically, greatly saving manual packaging workload.

Supports setting arbitrary target length, equipped with auto‑stop function to achieve precise counting for production.
Premium Imported Transmission Components
Front conveyor adopts synchronous belt wheel transmission for smooth feeding and long service life.
Main machine sliding shaft and sliding ball bearings are imported, featuring high wear‑resistance, low noise and stable reciprocating operation.
Imported Bakelite Guide Slide
The guide slide imported from Italy delivers excellent vibration‑proof, deformation‑resistant and wear‑proof performance. No lubricating oil is required during operation.
Infrared Sensor Alarm Protection
Imported infrared sensor prevents strips from falling into the groove. Alarm will be triggered once abnormal feeding occurs.
Variable Speed & Independent Carton Lifting Control
Continuously variable speed ranges from 10‑100 meters per minute.
Independent motor drives carton lifting and lowering, ensuring neat layering of strips inside cartons.
